This product I ordered Feb. 8th thinking it would be ready by Feb.19th I did not use expedited shipping, I should have. It was a birthday gift for my mom she didn't get it in time. I dont live out of the United States so I thought 11 days would have been enough time. I tried to explain my situation with the company saying I would pay extra for shipping but my product had already shipped, they were not sympathetic very straight to the point. My mom finally received her gift toward the end of February, she said: "Although it is very cute there were no directions, and when I went to pick it up I hear noise inside the boys light like it may be broken.
