This garden statue is made in the USA of a copyrighted poured concrete mixture - meaning NO Resin. Each casting is hand finished at time of order, using a stain that permanently changes the exterior surface to one of the colors listed. As your statue ages, it will develop its own darkening - or patina. These are considered frost resistant and can be used in most any climate.

The duck is very nice, solid and seems to weather well. I really like it. I live in a complex where many houses look the same from the outside so I wanted to place him on my mailbox. The ducks in the area have taken a liking to my swimming pool so he was a perfect addition to my yard. I ordered the weathered bronze expecting it to be a different color than what came. What came was almost the same color as the mailbox. After a communication with the owner of the company he offered me the chance to return it or he would mail me a small amount of stain, brush and gloves to change the color, free of charge. The stain was easy to put on and the duck looks great now. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 was that the website pictures were so unclear as to how the colors came out.....but now the picture has been changed and the colors look to be more accurate to me...at least the two colors I've now seen.
