I needed a little something in my front garden bed for some whimsy. This looked just right from the picture and when it arrived I was very pleased. Big smile on my face - cuteness.2 piece assembly, plop the birds on the stand ... and it's cuteness and whimsy in the garden! So that you know, the birdies have a rough texture to them, and as in the picture, they aren't colorful. Right at first I did think that the "lack of color" might not make me happy. They look great though in the garden bed, especially as I wait for more colors to pop out. AND, I'm famous for taking my other garden structures and sanding them and using the great colorful rust-o-leum paint products a couple of years down the road to bring life back to them. So this year... they'll be their cute yellowish-brown color ... down the road... the sky is the limit. They are adorable.... Love them!!!
