Most people who've lost a long-beloved pet understand the necessity of finding a memorial that's "just right."
The inscription is touching, and overall the construction is sturdy. The biggest design flaw, in my opinion, is that the photo area is recessed and holds water. While the actual photo is waterproofed (and includes a sealant for the underside, quite clever) I just can't coalesce with the idea of my cat's photo sitting under almost an inch of water and dirt/debris every time it rains. It creates unnecessary maintenance issues and detracts from the overall aesthetic. The photo area would have been much more aesthetically pleasing had it been level with the surface of the pawprint, or even slightly convex like the cameo portraiture found more commonly in cemeteries.

Very sturdy nicely built product. There customer service was excellent. My only suggestion is that the opening for the picture should be a little larger. But it seems to be water proof so far. I would buy again, although I dread the day I will need to.
