The Secret Garden Gnome thingy was delivered today and I was pleasantly surprised when I opened it. Everything about it is extremely detailed. It must have taken hours to hand paint this item. The wood grain looks real and the hinges and screws of the door are painted in shiny paint to look like metal. In the picture it looks flat but it's actually curved. I'm very pleased with this item overall and feel the price paid was inexpensive indeed considering the quality of this piece. One side note though: when I opened the box a bunch of fiberglass got all over my clothes and I had to change them and I'm still itching :( The item does not appear to be made of fiberglass, so I have no idea why the fibers were in the box.
