The color looks kind of natural, which goes very well with my natural stone water feature in my yard. It is a bit lighter than I expected, but looks like it is a high quality product. Note that it is about 8 inches tall, so it is not a small house.At this point I don't know how well the color will stay under the sun. I'll probably add more details to this review a few months later. [Updated 2/21/12] The color faded quite a bit the first week, afterward the color seems to stay the same... (changed rating from 5 to 4 stars) [Updated 4/15/12] I'm changing rating to 3 stars now. Color faded so much it doesn't look good anymore. I painted it myself with arcylic paint for outdoor use. And guess what, after a few weeks the the color stays the same! So obviously the manufacturer is using some cheap paint or indoor use paint for this toad house.
