I Received this item very fast; it was well-packed. Gorgeous and tasteful, the best I have seen for a tasteful garden sculpture. Resin but gray, stone finish that looks like a fine antique sculpture, and I am particular. So beautiful it could be used indoors in an oriental decor. Very large, almost 3 ft high! Most are too small for good visual impact outdoors. Aged, stone-like pattina. The resin is THICK AND heavy enough to stay put in storms and wind, but most could easily lift it, unlike the concrete ones which require 2 people to put in place I had to give up on. NOT PLASTIC or cheap. Very reasonable cost--others this size were $200.00+. 100% A-1--just exactly wht I was looking for in a substantial garden statue!!!

I bought this in August of 2010 as a centerpiece for our newly renovated back yard with patio. I was pretty excited to get it and set it outside. When it came, I was very impressed about how well it was packed. It is a nice large piece and the finish looks very nice, truly like an aged antique.
One of the other reviewers says it is plastic, I don't think there is any plastic in this thing, it is very heavy.
I was a bit worried about how the finish would last through the weather. It has now passed through a very cold Utah winter, rainy spring, dessert summer and once again snow. There are no signs of wear or deterioration on the finish at all.
For the price the size and quality of this item are extraordinary!

I put this in my yard next to a Japanese lantern with other plants. It looks great and isn't so small to get lost in my flowers. Just a perfect size to be the centerpiece of this area. Looks like stone (dark) and no one thinks this is a plastic until I tell them.
